Living in Ojai
Ojai doesn't do ordinary. The valley grows its own signature fruit — the Ojai Pixie tangerine, celebrated every spring — the mountains blush pink at sunset, and the town long ago decided chain stores weren't invited. The result is one of California's most distinctive small markets: spanish revival estates, artist bungalows, ranchettes with orchards, and very little inventory at any given time.
Buying in Ojai means moving decisively when the right property surfaces, and knowing the difference between the East End's orchards, downtown's walkability, and Meiners Oaks' relative value. Selling in Ojai means reaching the LA and Santa Barbara buyers who dream about this valley — presentation and story matter here more than anywhere.
I've spent 15 years matching people to this valley's one-of-a-kind properties. If Ojai is calling, let's answer properly.
