Hours: whenever the fruit is ripe — which in real estate means seven days a week, early mornings and open-house Sundays included.
Habitat: based in Ventura County, working everywhere from Santa Barbara down the coast to Los Angeles. If there's a house involved, distance is negotiable.
Response time: calls and texts same-day, emails within 24 hours, fruit puns immediate.
